Job description

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Customer Service Membership Manager for our brand-new Club Pilates Studio in Mosman. This is an opportunity to join the largest network of Pilates studios in the world and to help shape the culture of our community focused studio that will transform lives.
Reporting to the studio owner, the role requires a warm, enthusiastic and friendly professional to manage the day-to-day customer service and operations of the studio. Ensuring retention of new and existing members is a key element of the role.
A genuine interest in building relationships with people, experience in customer service and interest in the well-being industry will be an advantage, however, most importantly is the ability to genuinely connect with people.
You will be central to creating an engaging culture within studio and will enjoy actively contributing to the studio’s social media and digital platforms, communicating with our members.
You will have a natural comfort in meeting people and will be able to attract new members through community based grassed roots promotional and marketing activities and understand the needs of members through strong listening skills to ensure their needs are being met by our Club Pilates offerings.
An exceptional phone manner, a great work ethic, be flexible and treat this business as if your own will ensure success in the role.

Job sharing arrangements are available to allow flexible hours
