Automotive knowledge / experience highly regarded but not essential- entry level role.

Due to internal promotion, we're currently looking for a receptionist for our busy Mansfield workshop. Working with our frontline service team, you will be the face of the company and responsible for providing our customers with World-Class Customer Service.
You will greet our customers, schedule new and used vehicles through the vehicle service reception process and carry out other clerical and administration duties as required. You will be responsible for preparing the paperwork for all new vehicle preparations as well as checking in new vehicles on arrival from the shippers.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- World-class customer service with excellent communication skills
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Confident computer skills - Able to pick up new systems
- A current Drivers Licence (Provisional or Full)
