We are now looking for a mature and reliable individual with a determined and positive attitude to join our team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Order processing and ownership of busy sales queue
- Finding resolutions to client problems using all available options
- Assist with artwork preparation/ print proofs for clients
- Liaise with the production team for order status and print requirements
- Attend to general enquiries via emails; from providing quotes, order follow-ups to tracking deliveries.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
SKILL REQUIRED
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft office suite) required.
- Fast learner who can navigate, sort and respond to high volume emails quickly and efficiently
- Graphics skills with Adobe Illustrator will be advantageous but not compulsory. Training will be provided.
- Experience in MYOB would be beneficial. Training will be provided.
