Our client is one of the largest independent automotive Glazing companies in Queensland. They are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their growing team today!
Your new role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be servicing customers to the highest level from the initial job scope, quote, parts ordering, job co-ordination and finalisation.
- Vehicle / Machinery parts identification
- Creation of quotes in a timely manner
- Creation of highly detailed tasks for fitters
- Managing fitters’ job flow throughout the day
- Compilation and submission of compliance paperwork
- Processing and filing documents electronically
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data entry and reconciliation
- Keeping our team informed of important information relating to customers and jobs
- MS Office – particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Effective in working as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional Customer Service and sales skills
- Highest level organisational, and time management skills. Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proven computer, numerical and literacy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Full-time hours | Monday–Friday | 40 hour week
- Salary on offer from $60k + $65k + Superannuation
- After the Probation period, the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight
- Work in a growing and busy organisation
- Townsville Based
