Flexihire is currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated person to join the team in our newest branch at Biggera Waters. You will be part of a growing team with local support branches and a total of 16 other branches throughout the state.
About the role:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all internal and external customers
- Coordinate deliveries and pick ups
- Learn about machinery from small hand tools to large compaction rollers
- Assisting and liaising with mechanics in the workshop
- Introduction into a growing career opportunity
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment as well as the occasional delivery to customer sites

The key skills required for this role include:
- Sound written and strong verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes.
- Sound experience with IT applications including Microsoft suite.
- Time management skills including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities.
- Ability to run reports, audit documentation and adhere to procedures
- Hire industry experience with equipment and mechanical knowledge preferred but not essential
