The Opportunity 

Based from Southport, this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP. 

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working within a close knit and fun team, you will be responsible for exceptional internal and external Customer Service via the phone and email while also providing a high level of administration support. This varied role will involve processing contracts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting ANP Field staff in completing their roles.​ 

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers are satisfied and our business goals are met. We know that working together achieves better outcomes and strengthens our network of business relationships with our clients.  

About you 

You will be a driven, motivated and passionate professional with a background in administration, sales support or Customer Service including: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via both phone and email 
  • Ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders 
  • Accurate and efficient date entry skills with a high attention to detail 
  • High computer literacy across various software 
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse information 
  • Proven experience in meeting set KPIs and Customer Service standards 
  • Strong initiative and ability to self manage workloads
