We are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to join our ISS team at our Melbourne Airport site in the position of Customer Service Officer employed on a Casual basis.

 The Position:

• You will provide a high level of Customer Service to traveling passengers
• Assist passengers with queries relating to moving through the airport
• Manage passenger flow at screening point to minimise queuing times 
• Strong Customer Service focus and team player mindset

Minimum Criteria:

• Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)
• Hold a valid drivers' license and have own reliable vehicle
• Flexible in work hours with availability to work evening shifts and 24/7
