Qualifications & experience
- Drafting experience using AutoCAD (ESSENTIAL)
- Understanding 2D drawing/breakdown for Glass Industry. (Not essential but advantageous & graduate engineer welcome)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and good Customer Service skills
- Accurate entry of data in a timely manner
- Confident IT skills across Microsoft Office. (LISEC Software not essential but advantageous)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise job
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- A true passion for delivering excellence Customer Service

Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Processing accurate order/quotation for customers and account managers
- Liaising with customers regarding orders via telephone/email
- Liaising with our sales team and production team regarding orders
- Receiving payments (cash, eftpos / credit cards)
- Manage customer enquiries received via phone, email or face-to-face
- General office duties
