The two largest, the Companies and Business Names registers contain the details over more than 3.2 million companies and 2.7 million business names. These registers are the official source of information about business names, companies and other professionals, registered or licensed to operate in the Australian economy.The roleWe are seeking client focused individuals to fill multiple roles.As a Customer Service Officer at ASIC, you'll respond to enquiries from business and other users of the ASIC Registry services to enable businesses to operate in Australia with transparency and accountability.You will build and sustain positive client relationships and exercise good judgment when resolving enquiries, providing accurate advice and information. You'll use high attention to detail when maintaining the integrity of client records and be responsive to changing priorities in a telephony-based environment.You will work collaboratively within your team and share knowledge to enhance team capability and customer experience.
