We are seeking a confident and organised person to join our Experience Planner Team, who has a passion for Customer Service and helping to be a part of creating that unforgettable experience for guests within the Blue Mountains.
This casual role will suit a person with a strong background in Customer Service. Previous experience within the tourism or adventures industry would be advantageous. This role will be suitable for someone with the ability to work both weekdays and weekends.
Key skills and experience will include, but is not limited to –
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Confidence in creating reservations and making bookings using an existing electronic system
- Clear communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people internally and externally
- Ability to use positive language
- Ability to remain cool under pressure
