Your day to day:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to valued members and communicate with care and empathy
- Collaborate with the Group Membership Manager to support collection placements, non-payment notifications
- Coordinate the resolution of payment defaults and late payments
- Build and establish relationships with customers with rapport and trust
- You're warm, honest and genuine with proven Customer Service experience.
- You're comfortable communicating at all levels and you can be counted on to skilfully respond to feedback and complaints.
- You can engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, providing top-notch Customer Service while assisting them in resolving payment issues.
