Join our team of exceptional Customer Service Officers who provide in-person and telephone contact in our Customer Service Centre.
As the first point of contact for a diverse range of enquiries, you will offer advice and appropriate solutions by applying your active listening skills and genuinely understanding what our customers want. You will also provide an efficient and effective cashier service.
To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria when submitting your online application:
Sound level of written and verbal communication skills
Experience in community liaison and Customer Service skills
Cash handling experience.
We are offering a gross salary of $68,168 per annum (pro-rata) and:
11% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
