SalaryJoin the largest government authority in Northern Australia! Our client has a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to work on a 9 day fortnight, on a short term assignment until end of May 2024 with possibility of an extension.
About the role:
- Providing excellent Customer Service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Processing and allocating workflow
- Service requests including general correspondence and scheduling
- Document preparation
- Document management and record keeping
- Data analysis and reporting
- Any other administration duties as required by the team
- You will have previous Customer Service experience
- You will have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- You will have sound administration and attention to detail skills
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills
- You will be a team player, but also able to work autonomously
- You will have good time management and organisational skills
- ASAP start (pending checks)
- Temporary assignment until end of May 2024 with possbility of extension
- Hours 8.00am - 4.30pm
- 9 day fortnight (every other Monday is an RDO!!!)
- Townsville, QLD location
- $46.41 per hour plus super
