3 month inbound Customer Service opportunity to work for a large council in the northern suburbs across 3 locations
Previous contact centre experience essential
Represent a Local Government authority providing excellent service to members of the community
Across 3 locations, own transport required| 3 month temporary opportunity
You will be working in a council located in the northern suburbs. You will work as a team to undertake frontline call centre and cashiering/administrative tasks in order to achieve the delivery of effective and quality Customer Service across 3 locations.
You will be responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information to members of the public via telephone and email
Supporting and maintaining a positive image of the Council to members of the public through professional standards of personal presentation and through the provision of services/advice in a courteous and efficient manner.
Delivering service to a high-volume call centre while contributing to the Key Performance Indicators required.
To be successful you will have:
Experience in both face-to-face and high-volume telephone Customer Services
Demonstrated experience within a call centre environment including experience in using a customer management or request tracking application.
Experience working in an administrative environment with a strong customer and team focus
Great communication skills, written and verbal
Language other than English will be an advantage
Positive and proactive attitude towards work
