Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to clients via phone, email and in person.
- Liase with the Financial Adviser, Paraplanners and other Customer Service Officer to manage and complete business administration workflow including implementing new and existing business.
- accurately prepare file notes, letters and other documentation when required.
