Skills & Experience
- Be flexible for shift work – including public holidays in our 24/7 working environment.
- Experience with email, internet and have proven keyboard skills.
- Ability to provide quality Customer Service for our busy Inbound Campaigns
- Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work alone and in a team and deal with variety of simple and complex enquiries.

- Processing incoming inquiries (phone , email , web based)
- Members and membership inquiries
- Customer Liaison
- Processing bookings
- Providing Clerical Assistance
