Ad hoc duties such as filing, calling customers to book work, and collating information will also be part of your role. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional Customer Service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.ProfileTo excel in this role, you must have a passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service, thrive in a team environment, and be available to work full-time hours Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
