China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd. is a prominent airline in China, recognized as one of the three major airlines in the country. With its hub located in Shanghai, the airline holds a strong presence in the Oceania region. Presently, we operate nine direct routes to China from Oceania, offering up to 50 weekly direct flights during peak periods.

Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Brisbane Airport Office
Tasks:
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound flight operation and cargo operation
- Complete daily pre/post flight statistics and monthly report
- Handle enquiries related to luggage mishandling, luggage classification and split,settlement of luggage irregularity, etc.
- Deal with customer complaints
- Other relevant tasks assigned by superior
Skills and experience:
- Industry working experience preferred.
- Fluent English & Mandarin, both Written & spoken, is essential
- Basic Knowledge of GDS is advantage
- Good PC skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Min Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Pleasant personality
All candidates must provide the evidence to show the right to work in Australia. Due to the high Chinese Passenger Volume and many of them without English ability, candidates need strong Chinese language ability.
