About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, your primary focus will be to ensure that all inbound calls are answered, directed and recorded promptly and efficiently. We have the goal of providing excellent service to our customers and this role is integral to the achievement of that goal.
There will be a significant amount of customer interface so you will need to take pride in your Customer Service skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Provide reception cover to the busy front office.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, quickly identifying an effective channel to respond to the caller’s enquiries.
- Document customer information into the CRM.
- Process EFTPOS and credit card payments via phone and over the counter.
- Coordinate company functions, equipment rental, booking of travel and company vehicles.
- Meet and greet visitors.
About you
- Proven receptionist experience in a Customer Service role.
- Sound verbal communication skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Competent user of Microsoft Suite.
- Friendly personality.
