The role
To deliver excellence in Customer Service delivery and effectively, accurately, and apply key controls to all drive, non-drive & total loss vehicle repairs.
Accountabilities
- Able to work to strict deadlines as part of the fulfillment team, who progress claims and provide timely customer updates.
- Optimal pathing control/ hire car management & proactive management of customers into our assessment centres and repairer network
- Work with associated system and administrative processes associated with the customer pathing,& repair/ total loss journeys.
- Reduce leakage through effective management of hire car duration.
- Take responsibility for getting claims on track and progressing.
What experience you’ll bring
- Exceptional Customer Service engagement and ability to prioritise work.
- Interest in & ability to develop professional relationships across the motor repair, towing, hire car & assessing industries.
- Excellent team member who can positively support colleagues and live our ‘one team’ values.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate for all claims & assessing software packages.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Address challenges, persuade and influence outcomes to attain desired results.
