We are looking for Customer service extrordinaires who are enthusiastic, flexible, fantastic communicators who will put our students first. You will be confident to problem-solve, collaborate and work effectively under pressure to answer face to face, email, live chat and phone enquiries.
About You:
- Available to work full time hours for 3 months
- Be available to start training on 15th May 2024
- Experience in a fast-paced Customer service environment, ideally call center experience
- Genuine passion to help students/customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed computer literacy, including experience using business software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Excellent, positive attitude and great work ethic
- Able to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion, empathy and professionalism
- Attention to detail
- Great team player
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Experience working under pressure
- An Employee Working with Children Check is required for this position.
