Role Description
This is a part-time (potentially full time) on-site role for a Customer Service Officer. The role is fast paced and constantly changing (read Hectic) role.
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are entered timely, providing support and answers to customer queries, both online and over the phone and creating positive customer experiences. The role requires on-site attendance and hours can be flexible to fit both the applicant and the company and is located in Varsity Lakes, QLD.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year previous experience in Customer Service roles
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- Interpersonal Skills, including strong communication and active listening
- Customer Service, including the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously, in a small team environment
- Fluent in English
