Job summary
We are seeking two Customer Service Officers for our fast-paced team!
As a Customer Service Officer you’re responsible for providing exceptional products and services to both new and returning customers.
Qualifications & experience
- Essential - Certificate III in Financial Services or equivalent including FSR Tier 2 Minimum 2 years in an equivalent position Minimum of 2 years banking sector experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Adherence to department compliance. Ensure adherence to department processes, schedules and guidelines to enable consistency in service offering and sales conversion and ensure customer complaints are actioned and resolved in line with timeframes and guidelines.
- Adherence to organisational compliance. Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, governance processes and standards as well as all regulatory and legal requirements. Fulfil all requirements under the Compliance Training and Policy Schedule.
- WH&S compliance and wellbeing. Ensure obligations and responsibilities in relation to security, workplace health, safety and wellbeing are met.
- Digital Customer experience. Participate in key initiatives to transform customer experience using technology. Ensure all customer interactions are professional and actioned as a priority
- Positive attitude. Consistently strive to deliver results and show interest and enthusiasm toward our customers, the role, team and organisation.
- Development. Proactively participate in regular team meetings, monthly 1-on-1’s and career discussions ensuring all reviews are completed on time.
- Customer experience. Deliver work to the highest possible standard with integrity operating across all sales and services channels.
- Values. Uphold and behave in accordance with the Credit Union values and be proactive in modelling and supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Collaboration. Work collaboratively with other teams and actively support the achievement of team goals, project outcomes and organisational objectives.
Flexibility in hours from:
9:30am - 1:30pm, or 10:00am - 2:00pm.
