Contract length: 5+ months
Location: Tasmanian North West Coast (Devonport, Burnie, Ulverstone)
Salary: $38 - $45 per hour + super
We are excited to be partnering with a number of organisations in the North West Coast of Tasmania to recruit for their next Customer Service Officer and Administration superstar.
Your new role
You will play a crucial role in the Customer Service team ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support.
Your success in these roles will require
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Customer Service officer position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience working with vulnerable people, empathy and sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable individuals and families.
- Resilience
- Competency in computer literacy, data entry and Microsoft office
- Ability to work at the highest level of confidentiality
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passionate individuals who are driven by a desire to help others
