About your new job
As an experienced Dispute Liaison officer, you will be responsible for the management of disputed customer accounts. Your duties will include –
•Identify the root cause of disputes raised
•Investigate, mediate or negotiate resolutions by engaging and driving all internal stakeholders and customers.
•Providing great Customer Service to customers leaving them with a great lasting impression
•Creating and adjusting account information in the accounting system
•Strong Customer Service skills (internal & external) both written and verbal.
•Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management.
•Highly organised, with the ability to establish priorities work in a demanding environment and exercise sound judgment whilst applying relevant legislative or policy requirements.
•Ability to build credibility, rapport, and influence with lines of business and external stake holders
•Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
- A proven background in dispute resolution management ·
- Sound knowledge in standard MS Suite of products.
