About the Role: Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader, you will be key to providing the highest level of Customer Service to support the hospital functions and members of the community. You will be communicating with key stakeholders and delivering up to date information to callers, as well as registering and scheduling tasks for services in the hospital.
