The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to accelerate their career with a fast growing and established Industrial safety business. You are the first point of contact for our major contracts team providing a consultative approach to meet customer’s needs. You will be passionate about sales, providing superior Customer Service, good attention to detail and the ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships and contracts with key accounts, via e-mail, phone and face to face contact, while ensuring high service standards are maintained.
- Run KPI reporting which should be distributed to key personnel to ensure that all orders for major clients are monitored and service level commitments are met.
- Working with the warehouse & store networks to ensure all orders are sent on time.
- Providing quotes and support to customer
- Monitoring back-order reports and liaise with stores and warehouses for timely invoicing.
- Sales order entries, price loading and adjustments when required.
- Assist in the development of min/max levels against major accounts within a portfolio.
- Sales reporting each month.
- Building strong relationships.
- Assisting the wider business where required.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Professionalism when working with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work with business, customer and supplier stakeholders.
- Follow RSEA processes, procedures and disciplines.
- Ability to identify and develop process improvement initiatives.
- Proactively manage client and sales requirements.
