A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join this leading organisation.
The Customer Service Officer will be required to liaise with clients and coordinate the daily operations of the company fleet, whilst working in a fast paced environment that demands a high level of Customer Service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan work allocations and/or coordinate the distribution of jobs to drivers (both company and sub-contractors).
- Booking and Coordination of deliveries and pick-ups
- Receive inbound calls whilst providing a high level of Customer Service
- Maintain accurate records of jobs & orders
What you bring to the role:
- Sound computer skills
- Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast area and surrounding suburbs.
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast pace environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in telephone manner and Customer Service.
