Customer Service Officer

• $35 per/hour

• 9-month position with strong potential to be ongoing (MAT leave cover)

• Commencing 27th of May

About the Role

Our client is involved in the industrial/construction industry supplying rigging and lifting equipment to clients and customers throughout Australia.

They are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer (Admin Officer) for MAT cover leave for a minimum of 9 months with the strong potential for the position to be ongoing. Successful candidates must be able to start at the end of May to allow for training/transition period at their Toowoomba location.

What you will be doing

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to work Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. You will predominantly be responsible for the following.

Duties

• Answering phones

• Keying orders

• Over counter sales

• Data entry

• Monitoring emails

• Quotes

• Pick packing (when it's quiet)

Requirements

• Previous admin or retail experience

• Previous Customer Service experience

• Strong communication skills

• Computer skills
