ABOUT THE POSITION.
Work alongside an extremely driven and collaborative team, and you secure a large scale of projects. Take on a vital role, creating, coordinating, and contributing to complex projects that build-up our city. You will be expected to quickly adapt to any stage of the project and manage projects from concept to delivery.
DUTIES.
- Contribute to a variety of large-scale, complex projects from concept to delivery
- Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental regulations
- Financial management of the projects and estimation of time & costs
- Proven high proficiency with Revit
- Registration is desirable
- Strong communication skills and coordination among consultants
- Demonstrated experience in commercial or mixed-use projects
