- Available to work Monday - Friday 8:00-18:00 (rotating shifts)
Our client, a major Qld Government Department is seeking multiple Customer Service Officers to be part of their call centre located in Southport.
About the role:
- Executing proactive debt collection methods to support clients in meeting their obligations to commit to payment.
- Offering a high level of Customer Service by providing accurate and consistent information and/or education to clients.
- Effectively take appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts within the guidelines.
About you:
- Previous call centre experience
- Debt Collection experience would be highly regarded
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong communication/negotiation skills
