This global company is located in Tullamarine and is seeking a professional customer service consultant with experience in logistics. They are Australia's fastest growing logistics management specialist, supporting over 80 leading brands throughout Australia and internationally.
Your new role
You will be working in the office Monday to Friday and be given the responsibility of managing one corporate account and client. Utilising your customer service experience you will be responding to a high volume of emails, with a few phone calls. Ensuring the client is happy with all deliveries, you will follow up on missing stock and continue to build a professional working relationship with your client. You will be looking up stock, placing orders, following up on discrepancies all the while, having high attention to detail. Working on a rotating roster between 8am-6pm you will be able to grow within this company and build an excellent career in logistics
What you'll need to succeed
Previous logistics experience is highly regarded
Customer service experience is required
Contact centre experience is highly regarded
Ability to work in the office Monday to Friday - Located in Tullamarine
High attention to detail
Passion to deliver great results
Strong communication skills
