Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for experienced Customer Service Officers to join a Council in the West, for a part time role. 24 Hours a week.
You will be the first point resolution to customers of Council, seeking advice, assistance or information regarding a variety of Council’s services.
Role
As a Customer Service Officer in the Call Centre, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and issues across various channels, including the Call Centre, Processing, web, and face-to-face interactions with appropriate training and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent counter and telephone Customer Service at Council’s Customer Service counter and contact centre.
- Foster and promote a culture of achieving high quality outcomes that are on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the corporate culture and the pursuit of corporate goals for the Department.
- Contribute to the development of teamwork practices amongst staff in the Customer Service team.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the Customer Service team.
- Must have Working with children check
- Must have Police Check
- Experience in contact centre and/or face-face Customer Service.
- Good computer skills with ability to show learning of a variety of software applications.
