Operating for 40 years, advancedlifeis a successful national photographic company specialising in School Photography, Print and Design. We are seeking a highly organised, professional person to join our busy Customer Service team in the QLD Branch based in Mansfield.
This permanent role focuses on co-ordinating the activities and communications between the Company and the many schools we work with across QLD, and ensuring the entire process runs smoothly and easily for everyone – our schools, our photographic teams, our Branch, and our company.
Please note that the role requires you to be available for 5 full working days per week, 8am to 4pm.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – the role involves not only dealing with customers on the phone, but also sending professional emails
- The ability to create strong relationships with customers and a warm, helpful approach
- A determination to deliver long-term customer satisfaction
- A high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Superior organisational skills and the ability to juggle and meet multiple deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and high accuracy
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a busy dedicated team
- Proven ability in a client service or co-ordinating environment
- Excellent computer skills – Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ideally previous experience with maintaining accurate customer and production databases
- Australian residency
