We currently have an opportunity at our Newcastle Branch for someone looking to kickstart their career in administration / Customer Service who will thrive in a supportive environment and grow to become an integral part of our business and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
- Act as a conduit between customers and the organisation, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of the branch.
- Collaborate with the team to address customer concerns and inquiries, finding suitable resolutions.
- Contribute to administrative tasks, including invoicing, job authorities, and maintaining accurate records.
This opportunity can be either for the experienced candidate or someone that is looking for that opportunity, either way we will provide you with support and training.
The skill set we are looking for:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm.
