About the Role
The Customer Success Representative is responsible for the maintenance and interaction of ‘LongTail’ accounts not proactively managed by the commercial organization; new customer nurturing; lead qualification; eShop onboarding and training; customer ‘self -serve’ support and assisting the office-based organization.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a high demand environment, able to follow processes but incorporate decision making for customer nuances and dedicated to providing a quality customer experience. The candidate should be highly collaborative, agile, adapt quickly and adopt new ideas.
Who you are
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Business preferred
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in Customer Experience (B2B) is required
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work in a matrixed organisation inspiring teamwork to achieve results
• Must be digitally savvy and social
• Must be a team player as well as being able to work autonomously
• Demonstrate ability with various sales tools and technology, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office software, Salesforce.com (SFDC), Eloqua, Redox-Flux, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other social platforms.
