Administrative Officer

Job Title: Administration Officer
Department: Southern Rural Waters
Hourly Rate: $34-35ph + Super
Work Hours: 5 days per week, 4-5 hours per day (9:30am-2:30pm, flexible school hour times)
Duration: Temporary role for 2-3 months with opportunities for extension and potential for ongoing employment
Location: Maffra Office

Responsibilities:

• Assist the facilities coordinator by liaising with contractors and staff.
• Raise purchase requisitions and follow up on deliveries and invoices.
• Triage and respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly.
• Support minor project administration tasks as required.
• Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
