The Role: We are pleased to offer the position of Customer Service Officer / Administrative Specialist, where you will play a vital role in our team, working alongside experienced Advisers, Paraplanners, and Customer Relations Managers. In this position, you will receive comprehensive training in administration, allowing you to seamlessly integrate into our team and assume various responsibilities.
Responsibilities: As an Customer Service Officer / Administrative Specialist, you will:
- Support the Adviser team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Speaking to our clients on a daily basis and booking client appointments.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, organisational skills, and versatility in administrative functions.
- Collaborate with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
- Exhibit excellent computer proficiency.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction.
- Embrace flexibility and innovation.
- Experience in the finance/superannuation industry is preferred.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- RG146 would be preferred
- Typing speed of 40 min WPM is a must
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong management skills.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage workflows, and work independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Financial Planning Software is highly desirable.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
