The Opportunity
Our Solids Waste Services (SWS) Business is Australia’s leading provider of waste services, making a safer, sustainable future possible for the sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration / Customer Service Officer to join our Team.
- Proactively respond to internal and external customer queries via phone, web, and email.
- Manage customer complaints to resolution, following set procedures.
- Maintain our CRM Database of customer information.
- Work with our customers to help make a sustainable future possible.
- Work in a team environment and proactively support one another with daily tasks.
About You
Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, you’ll work with a high-performing team to deliver administrative services to our clients. Due to the nature of this role, you are required to be onsite Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (flexibility is available around start and finish).
- Previous experience in an administration role or office environment.
- You have exceptional time management skills, juggling conflicting demands throughout the day.
- You have a natural proactive flair for Customer Service and a high level of communication skills, including telephone etiquette, customer maintenance, and handling complaints.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of programs and using CRM tools, e.g. SalesForce, would be highly regarded.
- An uncompromising commitment to the Cleanaway safety-first culture.
