This permanent employment role is critical to our business and is available immediately.
Commitment - 5 Days/week day shift (weekdays only).
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will provide support to the processing of orders and dispatch functions of the business
You will be responsible for confidential, time-sensitive material and must act with professionalism and integrity. You will be required to provide a high level of administrative and customer service as well as broader support to the wider team.
Activities
- Assist with daily communication with customers and suppliers (emails and phone).
- Assist with preparation of quotes, sales orders, back orders and freight coordination.
- Export documentation preparation and execution.
- File Management: Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files and records. Ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Data Entry: Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data using SAGE and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Compliance with required Customer quality & assurance
- Assisting with annual inventory counts.
About you
- You have a demonstrated ability to work in small but dynamic teams that have a strong performance culture.
- Developed computer, numeracy and literacy skills (necessary)
- Highly developed attention to detail (necessary)
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal, are critical as we work in small but dynamic team.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or be a Permanent Resident to apply.
- Prior Horticulture, Environmental Rehabilitation, Nursery experience is desirable but not necessary
