This position offers a temporary-to-permanent arrangement and involves providing Customer Service Support for all order related enquires.

- Monday - Friday $60,000 Plus Super
- Action Short Supply and Stock Return Credits
- Actioning of enquiries and requests
- Monitor and track incoming requests, and conduct ongoing analysis of common issue types, communicating these back to key stakeholders
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Work with a wide range of team members and customers and respond to and co-ordinate their requirements in time critical scenarios.
- Previous relevant Customer Service experience
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Accurate and timely data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize where necessary
