We seek the services of a skilled and highly motivated Customer Services Operator for our Hallam VIC Office.
Packcentre provides a high level Customer Service to a selection of Clients by processing orders and attending to their daily account needs. Developing a working relationship with both the Client and Packcentre’s Account Manager will be essential for success in this role, as well as being a helpful and contributing member of the wider Customer Service team. A firm knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook are a must and any familiarity with warehousing or freight is desirable but not required. Responsiveness, reliability, punctuality, accuracy, multitasking, attention to detail and a can-do attitude are important attributes to thrive in this position.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining Client information and orders in our custom Impact system.
- Process client bulk and adhoc orders accurately and in an appropriate timeframe.
- Communicate with various departments to ensure Clients needs are met.
- Liaise with Client and Warehouse regarding any issue and work towards a resolution.
- Record Customer Service time.
- Build rapport with your Clients by delivering a high level of Customer Service through communication and a helpful attitude.
- Action ad-hoc, intermittent and monthly KPI reporting for Clients as required.
- Follow up on deliveries and escalate issues to Carrier or our Packtrans department.
- Manage item and receiver codes in our Impact system.
- Adhere to processes but always look for opportunities to improve them.
- Work as team with your fellow Customer Service Operators and all Packcentre employees.
