We are looking for Customer Service Representative to join our growing team who has a passion for freight forwarding/shipping and are hoping to pursue a career within the logistics industry. This opening will suit candidates who are motivated, determined, with a willingness to learn and use their initiative to problem solve.

To be an eligible applicant you must possess;
- Understanding of Import / Export documentation and Incoterms
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Genuine desire to develop a career in Freight Forwarding
Duties and responsibilities include;
- Receive import / export bookings
- Maintain keys customer order status reports and order management
- Liaising with Shipping Lines, Airlines, Freight Forwarders, transport companies and overseas agents
- Maintaining strong relationships with Vendors and Customers
- Preparing documentation and quotations to overseas agents and clients
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in International Trade or Supply Chain subjects are preferred but not essential.
