About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative. As a representative of the Hommey brand, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role within our organisation, as ensuring positive interactions with our customers is crucial to facilitating our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone, providing tailored and exceptional assistance.
- Reviewing our internal platforms to ensure online orders are being promptly fulfilled, and proactively identifying and resolving ‘stuck’ orders where required.
- Coordinating with our warehouse order fulfilment partner to ensure prompt delivery.
- Collaborating with team members to address customer queries and identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
- Staying informed about new product releases and restocks to effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Assisting the marketing team with website updates and influencer orders.
- Working with the wholesale manager to process B2B and trade orders.
Qualifications:
- Customer-centric approach, dedicated to ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across various channels.
- University degree in Business, Communications, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not essential.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using various online programmes and platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ambitious yet humble attitude, eager to learn and grow with our young business.
