Randstad is servicing a client in the Transport industry to find talented Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in the North West Metro Mebourne on a 6 month contract, with very high possibility of extension.

- Digital focused and Computer proficient

- Can work within a busy environment
- Resilient to rotate within various locations at short notice
- Excels at Customer Service with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn and develop their skills
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, issuing written correspondence, scheduling appointments
- Assist and respond to customer enquiries
- Promote and educate customers on available online digital platforms
- Ensure the integrity, protection and compliance of information and customer data
To be successful you will have:
- Proven experience working in a fast paced face to face Customer Service environments
- A strong level of resilience, ability to work with KPI's
- The ability to work with various systems and software packages
- Be able to work 20-38 hr/per week(higher likely of 30 plus hours per week)
- Open to transition from Customer Service to licence testing psotion, full training will provided
*MUST HAVE A FULL AUSTRALIAN DRIVERS LICENSE.
