We are looking for an experienced and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team based on Sydney's Northern Beaches

The role:
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our relationships with Customers via incoming calls & email.
- Customer service and sales (face to face, phone & email)
- Manage customer queries
- Follow up on leads and quotes and close sales
- Maintain customer database
- Data entry
- General administration
- Manage and process orders
- Process warranties, claims, and credits
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Liaise with sales and internal teams
To be successful you will Possess:
- Excellent Customer Service skills and a desire to help others
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude!
