The Role
This role is a fast-paced, and varied opportunity where no two days are the same. In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the sales orders process and process orders accurately in SAP.
- Proactively liaise with all departments to ensure customer orders are delivered to the customer as expected and required.
- Daily reporting as directed.

- Provide high level Customer Service via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle existing orders, deliveries, stock availability and product enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- General ad-hoc administration and office support.
Your Profile
You have demonstrated Customer Service experience, with keen problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers.
Key selection criteria include:
- Problem- Solving - adaptability and initiative are key in this role
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
- ERP experience essential
