We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our business and to continue providing exceptional Customer Service.
The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to a variety of customers.
- Answer all customer phone calls, emails and enquiries in a timely, efficient and personable manner.
- Work with various parts of the business (sales, warehouse, products) to answer customer’s queries regarding orders, products and more.
- Use multiple systems on a daily basis.
- Work in a team environment by developing and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues that support the achievement of team goals and objectives.
Our ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
- Proven Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, in writing and on the phone.
- A love of technology and passion for learning new systems and procedures.
- Experience in MS Office and an ERP.
- Superior data entry skills and high attention to detail.
- An inquisitive mind, ability to problem solve and think on their feet.
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- A proactive and positive approach to their work.
This is a full-time position based in our office in Kingsgrove (no work from home), New South Wales. Close to public transport.
