We are looking for a Customer Service Representative /Delivery Driver to join Regional Health & Mobility in our Independent Living Division located in Rockhampton. This role is full time Monday – Friday with occasional weekends and 'on-call' requirements. About Regional Health & Mobility:
We are a family friendly, community based organisation with 4 Independant living stores as well as 4 pharmacies that exists to best service your needs in sickness and health. With multiple locations across Rockhampton, we are never to far out of reach. Whether you need a quick pick-me-up or long-term support, our friendly independent living staff are always happy to assist. The Regional Health & Mobility team work closely together to support the Rockhampton community
The Role & Responsibilities:
- In this role you will be the Customer Service Representative, responsible for providing in house healthcare support such as delivering and setting up oxygen requirements for clients
- Deliver our retail and health-care vision to our valued customers both in store and on the road when delivering and visiting clients
- Process & packing orders
- Work closely the with your Independant Living Store Manager and assist with any adhoc tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Full COVID & Flu vaccinated
- Computer Literate
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to lift and assist with large heavy items – forklift ticket desirable but not essential
- Be passionate about delivering exemplary patient care, professional health services, and customer care
