About the Opportunity
Qscan Group has an exciting opportunity available for people looking to boost their experience in Customer Service.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to engage with our customers in a professional and welcoming manner and determine their needs.
This role is Phone Based and will work from our Toowong location on a full-time basis. This is a fixed-term role for 3 months suited to someone available for an immediate start.
Your primary responsibility will be answering incoming phone calls and responding to general enquiries.
About You
You will be someone who enjoys engaging with people, ideally with call centre experience.
You will also have:
